No. Reydeance supplies these products for laboratory research use only. We are not able to provide guidance on use, dosage or administration. That applies to every channel — this page, the contact form, and any correspondence. See research use only for why.

Buyers aged 18 or over, anywhere in the world. You are responsible for making sure these products may be lawfully imported to and received at your delivery address, including any permits, and for any import duties, taxes and customs charges. Age and place of delivery are covered in full on the age policy page, including the difference between an acknowledgement and a verification.

No. No payment is taken on this website. Once we have received your order we will send you a secure payment link, and we prepare your order when payment has been received. Placing an order is currently open on this site; taking payment is not — checkout is closed and the payment rail is not integrated. Those are two separate questions, deliberately, and the position above is the current answer to both.

No. An order can be placed as a guest. An account is offered so you can see your order history in one place, never required — and it changes nothing about what happens after an order is placed, which is set out in the answer above.

Yes, using the order reference and the email address you used when ordering, on the find an order page. A guest order can also be attached to an account afterwards from the account section.

Yes. With the order reference and the email address used when ordering, you can open that order’s conversation on the message about an order page and reply there. The session lasts a short while and covers that one conversation, so you will be asked for both details again next time.

Worldwide. We cannot deliver to Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Syria because of UK sanctions. Delivery within the United Kingdom starts from £5.95. Delivery outside the United Kingdom is quoted after you order. We add it to your order and you see the full total before you pay. We may decline an order we cannot send. The charges, the dispatch days, the daily cut-off, how a parcel is packed, and what happens if one is damaged or does not arrive are all set out on the delivery page, which is where the figures themselves live.

Prices are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). You can show approximate prices in Canadian, US or Australian dollars or euros using the currency menu at the top of the page; your bank converts the payment at its own rate and may add a fee.

Sealed goods are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, for the reasons set out on the returns and replacements page, which also covers faulty or mis-shipped items and your statutory rights.

Quote the lot number printed on the label when you get in touch, and we will send the certificate for that lot.
